The 5000m Track Challenge - 20th August 2022

On 20th August in Nottingham, we are hosting a day dedicated to 5000m running with up to 10 races throughout the day. Each race will be seeded by time, meaning you will be racing with people of a similar ability.

Coupled with a pacemaker at the front of each race, we aim to give you the best possible opportunity to set a new personal best!

The event is open to anyone with a recent 5k / parkrun / 5000m of 22 minutes or quicker. At last year’s event over 65% of entrants ran a new PB!
