12.20 U17BOYS/WOMEN 2.9k 15 and 16 years on 31st 2023. U20Women can be included in U17W teams
13.05 SENIOR WOMEN/MASTERS W40+ 3 x 2.9k
13.50 JUNIOR MEN/MASTERS MEN (M40+) 3 x 3k
14.30 SENIOR MEN 4 x 3k

Entries cost £5.15 per athlete. We are only allowed two teams per age group, so first come first served! Please comment below (or email/message) if you won't compete as an incomplete team. 

You'll be invoiced once you've said yes to your Spond invitation. If you're a parent and your children aren't on Spond, please message me and we'll try and get them added with you as a guardian. If YOU aren't on Spond, please think about joining as that is our main method of communication, particularly for upcoming events (email  for details). Payment must be received by 6th November, thank you!
