 The North East Youth Devlopment League is a great way for your child to try their hand at lots of different athletics skills - there are races (sprints and distance), throws and jumps. Birtley form a combined team with Jarrow & Hebburn and Phoenix Flyers, and this is a great way to socialise with other young athletes as well as gaining experience in the various disciplines. Best of all, participation is free - you just need to get them signed up with our team manager Rebecca Hall. This can be done via our Spond app, where you'll receive an invitation to attend each match, or in person by speaking to Rebecca on a training night.
The dates of the remaining matches are as follows:- Sunday 19th May at Churchill Playing Fields, Whitley Bay Sunday 30th June at Shildon, Sunnydale Leisure Centre track Sunday 21st July at Churchill Playing Fields, Whitley Bay Comments are closed.
